Work on the tools that check the AI
Fenwick is 14 people in Chicago and across US time zones. We ship most weeks, write things down and keep on-call calm.
How we work
Small team, real ownership, and the same tools we sell. Every prompt change we ship runs through Fenwick first.
You see the range before you apply. Offers land inside it.
With a paid day off after each rotation.
Plans, reviews and decisions live in docs, so time zones do not matter.
Books, courses or a conference of your choice.
Fully paid for you, 80 percent for your family.
