What we collect
Account details you give us: name, work email, company and billing details.
Workspace content you add: datasets, prompts, run results and traces. This content belongs to you.
Basic usage data such as pages viewed and features used, so we can fix problems and improve the product.
How we use it
To run the service, send run results and bills, and answer support requests.
We never sell personal data and we never use workspace content to train models.
Model providers
When you run an eval, Fenwick sends the cases and prompts you chose to the model providers you connected, with your own API keys. Their terms apply to that processing.
Where data lives
Workspaces are hosted in the United States. Business customers can keep cases and outputs inside their own cloud with the self-hosted runner.
Keeping and deleting data
Run results and traces follow the retention of your plan. Deleting a workspace removes its content from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from settings, or by writing to privacy@fenwick.run.
