Using Fenwick
You need an account to use Fenwick and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your API keys and passwords safe.
Your content
You keep all rights to the datasets, prompts, outputs and traces in your workspace. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fenwick to break the law, to attack other systems, or to send data you have no right to process.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated. Fees do not include taxes.
Availability
We aim for 99.9 percent monthly uptime on paid plans and post incidents on our status page. Business plans include a written service level agreement.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after giving notice where we can.
Liability
Fenwick is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
